Very nice menu. Nice ambience. We come here at least three times in every vacation. Delicious dyke lamb and also crab dishes. See you next summer!

Super delicious food! We had both fish and meat and everything was perfect. The service team was extremely friendly and attentive. Had it not been so far from our vacation spot, we probably would only have eaten here. Highly Recommended!

Delicious fresh fish. Due to circumstances we did sit outside which made us feel safer, the sitting area is quite big and well arranged . Downsides: they do not do take-away, which is a pity (but seeing how packed it is I guess they do not see the need. A point to improve - I would prefer to see the waiters (polite and friendly) with face masks rather than transparent shields, which do not work that well (proven by studies). Overall - a must when you're in Greetsiel.

Greetings from Frankfurt. It was a pleasure to be able to dine with you twice in a row. Thanks for a business trip. Great menu with brisk sayings in between and a great selection. The owner also has the brisk sayings, so that you can have a few great conversations in between. Chapeau - you are doing a really great job there - your whole team! I had noodles with lobster and plaice - super tasty, nicely presented and, above all, really fresh. I would love to come back sometime.

We can only agree with most of the reviews. Great service, friendly staff and the food was just great. Somewhat upscale gastronomy, therefore the prices are a bit higher than average, but quite justified. We will be back.

There are many restaurants but only a few with that certain something. It starts with the really successful interior design, goes through the service staff, the menu and doesn't end with the food. Every now and then there is a brisk saying, so that you almost have the feeling of experience gastronomy and half of it is laughing locally. Just reading the menu makes you grin. "Better to drink rum than sit around" or "Loungers have short legs" and many more are lovingly found somewhere between the lines of the menu, so that you have to laugh again and again. Although I am there several times a year and every now and then something else, I have never had a bad meal there. In short, if you are not satisfied and happy here, you cannot be helped

It's always nice here. The food is very good. Were there to eat delicious fish dishes as well as delicious cakes. Good service, reasonable prices and the right holiday atmosphere. Our two dogs are also well supplied with fresh water there. We always like to come back.

Impossible behavior of the service staff. Actually a very nice restaurant and in a great location, but ... We wanted to eat there with our three year old daughter and quickly got a seat on the terrace. Unfortunately it started to rain just as we got our drinks. Our waitress was just about to pull our table under an umbrella when a waitress with a table and a young couple came from 5 meters away and occupied this place. We then asked for a solution, since the rain was getting stronger and our daughter couldn't eat in the rain, so we got the answer: "There would be nothing free and we should stay in the rain" We then paid 10 € for drinks that we did not drink and went with our crying daughter. We will not be back, apart from the behavior of the service staff, there is no distance to other tables. Sitting close together is not the best choice in the current situation with the corona virus ...

Very nice terrace, great service team. Food fantastic, especially the fish. The prices reasonable. The only thing I have to complain about in the pandemic is the hygiene concept. The tables are reoccupied without disinfecting beforehand (a bucket of water where you always clean with the same cloth) is not disinfecting. Furthermore, the next person gets the menus again without disinfecting. If you want to see what hygiene looks like, you should go to Carolinensil in the Tüdelpott.

The food is delicious here! The waitresses are very friendly! But it takes a long time to be served! And if you think that this has already taken a long time then look forward to paying! 30 min . there is nothing at all! There are a lot of waitresses running around there! So you shouldn't waste your customers time !!! ??

Great ambience right at the harbor, the outside area was unfortunately quite narrow and very well filled, and therefore often relatively noisy. But if you sit in a secluded corner it is bearable. The staff sometimes seemed a bit distant, but only a few people, but otherwise everyone was basically very nice. Orders were processed quickly, and the food wasn't too long in coming. I was very satisfied with my choice (plaice) and would order this dish again and again. All in all, it was a successful evening with good food and an overall impression that made you feel good. Gladly again!

Great and tasty fish eaten. And if the controls don't work the way you'd like them to, that's no reason for a bad rating. I also don't want to run all day in the heat and under corona conditions. We found the restaurant to be excellent and felt very well served. We'll definitely be back!

Super nice service team. The food was delicious. There is something for everyone on the menu. Especially if you like fish. The prices are perfectly reasonable for these large portions. It's great that our not exactly small dog was also very welcome. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Here you can eat very tasty. We sat outside and had a great view of the place and the hustle and bustle. The menu is designed with a lot of humor and offers a large selection of fish dishes, but also alternatives. The service staff are nice, attentive and always ready for fun.

Very tastefully decorated restaurant and beautiful outdoor area in a prime location. The conditions are quick and friendly. The menu offers a good selection of fish and home cooking, which also tastes really delicious. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star, the guests at the next table had the same dishes but the side dishes were much more extensive. If you have to pay € 1.50 extra for fried potatoes instead of boiled potatoes and then only a small pile on it ... Still highly recommended.

Nice ambience and cozy furnishings. The service is quick, attentive and very friendly. The wide menu offers something for everyone, even the children's menu is neat. The portions are large and taste and quality excellent. The slightly higher price compared to the immediate area is definitely justified. Clear recommendation.

Once again we were eating there after a long time. And it was really great again? Both fish dishes were totally fresh and delicious. Even if it costs a few euros more. That's always worth it. Thank you for the friendly and good service.

Not to sound gullible but for 6,90 i imagined something, well, more... overpriced and inadequate. Service is fine but the value for money propotion is a complete joke.

Great food, service and atmosphere ?

Had a bit of a communication issue, so I did not really get what I was wanting, which was fresh local fish. The tomato soup was good!!

Good cake and coffee. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Clean toilets.

Extensive menu with some vegetarian options and good service. Good for kids too.
